Why Grauberg exists

Before I launched Grauberg, I built a startup selling to big, slow NGOs and enterprises. It's painful, and figuring out what to build was hard.

The only real way to tackle this is to iterate weekly, until you hear more and more yeses. Buyers show more interest, sales cycles get shorter, and the product looks more polished. That's when you know you found product market fit. This is how we helped Almetra AI raise a $19M Series A in 2026.

I'm Nik Zechner. I've been designing and shipping products for 8+ years, for companies like Almetra AI, Digimarc and MarvelX. I co-founded the social tech startup Felloz and led the product team to a €2.5M valuation, and I taught product management at York University in Canada.
