Intro
Alignment.io is a leadership- & team management software, launched by the ex-Apollo CEO.
The team hired us to untangle 2 key user flows and design a dashboard that’s the new entry point for users.

The challenge
- Teams struggled to see overall progress → messy experience, fragmented views
- Navigation between projects was not intuitive
- Old, outdated website that didn’t reflect product maturity
After some user interviews, we were able to confirm that those reasons contributed to customer churn.
What we did
Created user flows to understand how the customer is supposed to move, and what they expect when, and then turned this into a prototype to test it out with power users.

Build a new dashboard and a better way to navigate between screens, and created a handoff to ship the feature quickly.

Updated the main landing page to better represent the value of Alignment.io to the target audience, with the goal to increase signup rate.
